An exceptional Hot Smoked Salmon.
The whole fillet has three different textures. Its end is caramelized, the center is more or less fatty, and the third part is much fleshier. This section of the fish and its melt-in-the-mouth texture is perfect to eat on its own or in a salad or pasta.
