No-fuss smoked salmon

  • Mixed spring lettuce
  • 560 g of hot smoked salmon, shredded with a fork (calculate approximately 70 g per person for an entrée)
  • 125 ml of capers
  • 1 small red onion, cut into fine rings
  • 1 lemon cut into small quarters

Preparation

  1. Spread the lettuce onto a large plate.
  2. Distribute the smoked salmon onto it.
  3. Add the capers, red onion, and lemon quarters.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate while you wait for your guests.
  5. Let warm to room temperature 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Each guest uses a fork to taste. Sharing a plate gets relationships off to a good start. No fuss rhymes with happiness!
