- 560 g of hot smoked salmon, shredded with a fork (calculate approximately 70 g per person for an entrée)
- 125 ml of capers
- 1 small red onion, cut into fine rings
- 1 lemon cut into small quarters

- Spread the lettuce onto a large plate.
- Distribute the smoked salmon onto it.
- Add the capers, red onion, and lemon quarters.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate while you wait for your guests.
- Let warm to room temperature 30 minutes before serving.
